Required Skills:

QTP 9.2 experience is a must, VB Script, Framework
Good Knowledge of STLC
Good understanding of Test Methodologies
Working Knowledge of QTP frameworks and scripting experience is a must.
Candidate must have good understanding of QA processes
Should have worked in the test architecture design
